I am not an exception. Plus, I have a very particular interest as I am curating a residency program by myself. I am always curious to compare how the different residencies function and what they can offer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What did you work on during your stay?<br \/>\n<\/strong>I worked mainly on the editing of my latest movie, Post-Iron. It is a collaborative production of several artists, so the concentration on the material was demanded. The residency provided these conditions dearly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What inspired you at the K\u00fcnstlerhaus in Eckernf\u00f6rde?<br \/>\n<\/strong>The sea. We don\u2019t have this luxury in Austria. I spent all my childhood and teenage years near the Baltic Sea, and I miss it a lot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you take away from Eckernf\u00f6rde for your further artistic development?<br \/>\n<\/strong>I will cherish the precious memory of my long, uninterrupted walks when I could think my thoughts to the very end without fear of being distracted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What would you like to add?<br \/>\n<\/strong>My deep gratitude goes to the team, which is doing an important job, being present, curious, and supportive.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Artists Statement Ksenia Yurkova scholar visual arts 1.10. &#8211; 31.12.2024 What made you apply for the otte1 scholarship?
