Musica su due Dimensioni

In the Marktnachklang on Saturday, May 17 at 12:30 pm, flautist Beatrix Wagner will present the work “Musica su due Dimensioni” for flute and tape by Italian composer Bruno Maderna (1920 to 1973). It was written in 1958 and is the first work composed for the combination of a solo instrument and tape.

Musica su due Dimensioni” can be heard live and in full length at the next concert in the New Music Eckernförde concert series on Thursday, May 22 at 8 p.m. in Eckernförde’s St. Nicolai Church. The other works on the program are by Stefan Streich, Clemens von Reusner and Gerald Eckert.
